Refund policy

Due to the nature of the items that we sell, all sales are final (no returns or exchanges).

The only exceptions would be if we sent the wrong item, or if the condition of the product does not match with the condition stated.

We follow the following card conditioning guide very closely when grading our products following TCGPlayer's Card Condition Guide. Please take read before any purchases to avoid any confusion, as we will refer you back to this page often.

Please note that in the case a return or exchange is accepted, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges, and the customer will be refunded to the original method of payment, or by e-transfer once the item is returned and received by us.

Damages and issues

Please note that we do not consider small dents, and/or manufacturer defects on sealed products to be damage.  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, as your business is important to us. 

Mid 2025

Discussions Of Business

Throughout the summer of 2025, we had decided to start our journey selling cards, and started doing local card shows. Discussions were made to see if this is what we wanted to pursue.
Late 2025

Business Started

After doing multiple show's monthly and seeing how quickly we were growing, we had decided to start preparing everything for the business, and we decided on the name Trainer's Treasures YEG. Business was created the end of December 2025.

Online Store Started

Continuing on the momentum that we started in the middle of the year, we have decided to make this online store to further expand and keep the snowball rolling.
